All wholesalers agree to have reviewed this page and abide by its guidelines.

Wholesale Ecommerce Agreement

As a Beauty Of The Nile, LLC. distribution partner, you agree that you will not advertise the following products below their respective Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price. The MSRP for each product will be provided to you under separate cover via email.

You agree that you will not sell Beauty Of The Nile, LLC. products on any discount websites, auction websites, or 3rd party e-commerce sites such as Craiglist, E-bay, Amazon, Etsy, Overstock.com, Zulily.com, or similar.

Resale of Beauty Of The Nile, LLC. products (without the express written consent of our Chief of Strategy) in such marketplaces will be deemed a violation of our Wholesale Policy & Agreement and is in direct conflict with Beauty Of The Nile’s branding and intellectual property policy.

Should you violate this policy, we reserve the right to cancel unfulfilled orders, refuse future orders, or cease business with you.

This agreement is specific to sales transacted exclusively on e-commerce platforms; the sale price offered in your company owned brick & mortar store is completely up to you.

At the present time, we ship Beauty Of The Nile products only to the 50 United States, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, plus Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific.

Refund Policy

Unless products arrive damaged we do not provide refunds.

We will replace any materials that are damaged in the process of shipping to you, the distributor, only. We must be notified within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

Shelf Life

The optimal Shelf Life for each of our products is printed on the product jar, bottle, or outer package. We require that you not continue to sell any products that are less than 6 months before their printed expiration date.

In an effort to strengthen and reinforce the Beauty Of The Nile, LLC. brand, we retain the right to offer strategic pricing initiatives and may offer exclusive permission to distributors who want to participate.

We also reserve the right to modify this policy and will endeavor to notify you of any changes.

Dark circles serum

Even as a young girl I always had these dark circles under my eyes. I recently ordered ur dark circles serum to see if it helps I been using it a little over a week and I can see gradual improvement so I will continue applying it as directed but hoping eventually to no longer have dark eye circles.
