What Can Love Your Brown Skin® Do For You?
I'm Brown!
Sherry M. speaking ==>
So when I first started seeing your posts on social, I was very intrigued because I saw all shades of brown, right? I saw ALL shades.
And it's interesting because growing up… I grew up in a small Midwestern town where brown…
I'd never identified myself as brown.

I was tan, I was olive, I had a yellow undertone, I was Asian, I had yellow skin, all the things.
Because I thought as an Asian, that's what you were, right?
And so I see this beautiful Instagram [Beauty Of The Nile], this grid of women, of all cultures, all ethnicities, but different shades of brown. And I was like, I'm brown!
I could be a part of this.
And that's absolutely what I feel like your line, your mission [Love Your Brown Skin®]… It just embodies that brown is... It's brown. It's a thing.

As an Asian brown woman. I mean, I used to gravitate towards certain products that were meant for Asian skin or whatnot.
But I am, I'm brown!
And so I love that. The mission of your company with it being woman-owned and your family being such a strong part of your support group just really just spoke to me and I was like… I need to be a part of this and there's a place for me. So…
